Intramural Soccer - Fall 2021

Intramural (IM) Soccer provides a fun environment for kids to learn and enjoy soccer. WRA IM Soccer welcomes players from age 3 to 18.


TOPSoccer 2021

US Youth Soccer TOPSoccer (The Outreach Program for Soccer) is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, organized by youth soccer association volunteers. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, who has a mental or physical disability.


WRA Soccer Rec Select Tournament - 2021

This is the registration option for coaches and administrators to register their team(s) to participate in the latest WRA Fall Select Invitational tournament. This tournament will take place over Columbus Day weekend with the Girls' teams playing on Saturday and the Boys' teams playing on Sunday


Intramural Soccer Skills Training (ISST) - Fridays - 2021

Skills development to augment Intramural Soccer season to help interested players improve various aspects of their game, in a targeted fashion as much as possible. Enrollment requires an IM Soccer registration for the same season.

This session will run on Friday evenings and will have two age groups; one for U9 through U12 players and one for U13 players and older, depending on registration numbers.


Intramural Soccer Skills Training (ISST) - Mondays - 2021

Skills development to augment Intramural Soccer season to help interested players improve various aspects of their game, in a targeted fashion as much as possible. Enrollment requires an IM Soccer registration for the same season.

This session will run on Monday evenings and will have two age groups; one for U9 through U12 players and one for U13 players and older, depending on registration numbers.


Intramural Soccer Skills Training (ISST) - Thursdays - 2021

Rec Select 2021

Rec Select gives motivated players an additional playing opportunity for in-season and post season RecSelect tournaments in the area. Extra practice is part of the experience. Additional expenses may be incurred and payment will be requested at that time. Enrollment requires an IM Soccer registration for the same season.


Intramural Soccer Referee Pool 2021

This registration is for prospective Intramural Soccer referees to receive communications about game assignments, game cancellations, and training opportunities. Please ensure that your account includes the referee's email address and cell phone with text messaging enabled.


Fall Baseball 2021

Fall Baseball for players ages 6 to 12 years old. The season is scheduled to begin in early September and run for approximately 6 to 7 weeks.

The WRA teams will participate in the Inter-County League made up of teams from Towamencin, Montgomery, Nor-Gwyn, Ambler and others.


Senior League Baseball (13+)

Whitpain will host teams as Wissahickon in the Connie Mack League for age 13-15. Once the teams are formed there will be an additional registration for the full amount.


Fall Softball - 2021

WRA's Fall Softball Program, also known as "Fall Ball," provides players the opportunity to develop & strengthen their softball skills to better prepare themselves for highly competitive Spring season. WRA Coaches will teach softball skills, player participation, and good sportsmanship. WRA Coaches will also continue to use our program strengthen participants’ self-esteem and confidence. Fall Ball is open to girls age 6-13.

Practices will begin mid/late August. This year's Fall Ball program will include Saturday games against neighboring townships beginning in September and wrapping up at the end of October. All practices for all divisions will be held at Wentz Run Park.

Girls of all skill levels and experience are invited to join WRA's 2021 Fall Softball Program. We hope to see you on the field!


Travel Soccer 2021-22 (Tryouts & Full Year Register)

**Updated registration process for 2021-22 teams**

Registration is for children that (1) wish to attend tryouts and (2) are invited to a team by the Head Coach or an administrator of the Club. U8 will not hold tryouts.

Payment will be in installments. The first installment is $20 to cover the tryout process. The balance is payable upon acceptance of a roster position.

WRA offers financial assistance, via a scholarship, to those in need. Inquire with a Coordinator.

Refund Policy (updated 03/14/2021):

We encourage all of our families to ask any/all questions you have regarding the upcoming year before accepting a roster position so that refunds are not necessary. Refunds will be handled as follows:

INITIAL INSTALLMENT REGISTRATION PAYMENT (Tryouts, ex-U8):
- Withdrawal by the player more than 72hrs BEFORE the published date of the first tryouts for the Club as a whole - FULL REFUND
- NO REFUND afterwards unless tryouts are cancelled by the Club.

FULL REGISTRATION INSTALLMENT PAYMENT (Balance):
- Any player not selected for a team will NOT be charged the balance. If balance charge is made but a player is not selected for a team, a full refund of registration installment (not tryout) will be provided.
- Any player that withdraws after tryouts prior to being offered a roster position or declines a roster position when offered, will NOT be charged. If balance charge is made but team formation has not been completed by the Club AND a team is not able to be formed due to circumstances, the registration installment will be refunded.
- Upon acceptance of a roster position with a team that registers in a league for the fall, NO REFUND will be given.

Extenuating circumstances may be considered by the Club.


WRA Softball Summer Bootcamp 2021

WRA Softball is offering girls, ages 6-13 years, the opportunity to join our Summer Bootcamp series. Players will meet once a week for four weeks at Wentz Run Park.

These clinics will be run by some of your favorite WRA Softball coaches who will use fun drills & games to reinforce softball's most important skills, including; throwing, catching, fielding, basic positional skills, hitting and proper hitting stance.

Advanced skills appropriate to each age group will also be introduced.

In addition, each session will include fun team building activities & games, scrimmages, and lots of laughs!

The registration cost for four weeks of Summer Bootcamp is $30.

Players age 6-9* will meet on Tuesdays, beginning July 13th, from 6-8pm.
Players age 10-13* will meet on Wednesdays, beginning July 14th, from 6-8pm.
